Tasman Waratah was completed in June 2019 in time for the Art on Show Exhibition at the Mackay Regional Show. It is based on a photograph taken during the 3 Capes Walk on the Tasman Peninsula in November 2017. The waratahs were in bloom throughout Southern Tasmania, however the flowers on the peninsula had a particularly deep pink colour.

I’ve added some on my recent sketches to the Drawing page in My Gallery.

Paxton’s Night Market will take a break over the summer and recommence on the second Friday in March. Hope to see you there!
